Nikos Kordaris

Business Development Senior Manager (B2B), Protergia | Metlen

For Nikos Kordaris, energy sits at the intersection of business development, efficiency and sustainable transition. With more than 18 years of experience in the energy sector, his career has focused on business partnerships, strategy and the development of energy solutions addressing different needs across the market.

A Mechanical Engineer graduate of the National Technical University of Athens, he has combined his technical background with extensive experience in the energy industry. His work spans SMEs, large corporate organisations and industrial clients, with a focus on developing solutions tailored to their different energy and business requirements.

Today, he serves as Business Development Senior Manager B2B at Protergia, the energy arm of Metlen, where he focuses on developing new business opportunities and solutions that enable companies to manage both their energy consumption and costs more effectively.

At the heart of this approach is the connection between energy management and broader business objectives: greater efficiency, stronger competitiveness and the transition towards more sustainable business models.

At Gastrosophy Fest 2026, Nikos Kordaris brings the energy perspective into the conversation, exploring one of the “invisible” systems behind the everyday operation of businesses and, more broadly, behind the journey that enables food to reach our tables.
